Box Office Policies

Late Arrivals:  Patrons arriving once the show has begun will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager or Box Office Manager. In consideration of the rest of the audience, those arriving late may be seated toward the back of the auditorium until an appropriate time in the performance, such as a scene change, before being allowed to take their reserved seats.

Reservations: Prepaid reservations are held at Will Call until Intermission at which point other patrons may move to seats that were not occupied during Act One.

To use your Flex Passes:  Please contact the Box Office in advance, either by phone or in person, to redeem your Flex Pass vouchers for a ticket reservation for the specific performance you wish to attend.  We will be happy to assist you in selecting the most desirable seats that are available for that show.

Flex Pass Subscriber Exchanges: Flex Pass Subscribers may exchange their tickets up to 24 hours before a performance at no charge.  Please return your tickets to the Box Office in person during regular business hours or by mail, if time permits.  To exchange tickets by mail, enclose a note indicating the performance date you wish to attend and your seating preference. We will call you to confirm your new performance date and seats, and will hold your tickets at the Box Office for your performance date.  All exchanges are subject to availability.

Fixed Seat Subscriber Exchanges:  Fixed Seat Subscribers may exchange their tickets up to 24 hours before a performance for a $2 per ticket exchange fee. All seat exchanges are based upon availability of seats.  Call the Box Office for assistance.

Individual Ticket Exchanges and Refunds:  Unfortunately, Individual Tickets cannot be exchanged.  The Theatre also has a 'no refund' policy. Under extreme circumstances, passes for seats of the same value will be issued for a future performance.  An extreme circumstance request must be made at least 24 hours prior to the show date.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available online or through the Box Office, in person or by phone (352) 383-4616. Our Gift Certificates do not expire; they retain their face value to be used towards a future ticket purchase. Currently, Gift Certificates can be used for individual ticket purchases or for season ticket purchases.

The recipients may choose the performance(s) and date(s) they wish.  If purchased online through this website, a $2.50 convenience charge per ticket is applied by our ticketing service.

Children Under 5: Due to the length of our performances and for the consideration of the entire adult audience, tickets are not available for children under the age of 5 years to our Mainstage Series shows.

Patrons accompanied by under-aged children will be politely escorted from the auditorium with their other party members and offered either the option of attending another performance without the under-aged children in tow, (if seats are available on another date,) or they will be provided with a refund for all of their tickets.

Children of any age who exhibit disruptive behavior, will be required to leave the auditorium with an adult.  If the child's behavior cannot be sufficiently modified, the child and the adult may not return to the auditorium.  A refund will be issued for the tickets of the child and the adult. No lap-seating is allowed under any circumstances. All patrons must have a ticketed seat, including children 5 and up.

Service Animals:

- Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, are permitted into the theater and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.

- A service animal must sit under the guest's seat or at his or her feet; ONLY SEATS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNATED by the Box Office for service animals, are available.

- Service animals are not permitted to sit in the aisle or on seats.

- To make a reservation that includes a service animal, arrangements will need to be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the performance requested. To do so, please contact our Box Office, (352) 383-4616. If the performance is sold out, and the ADA seating is already reserved for other patrons, accommodations for another date will be offered.
